The links below open new pages in which molecular orbitals (MO's) of small molecules can be viewed, in the Java applet Jmol.
By viewing the MO's and the accompanying energy diagram it is possible to find out which atomic orbitals contribute (mainly) to each MO, and how this determines some of the properties of the molecule.
For comparison, a number of atomic orbitals can be viewed below as well.
